Myrtle Beach and such

So I apparently suck at blogging, as this is a new blog and I can’t seem to update it.  Well this past weekend, my dad and I went to Myrtle Beach.  We stayed in his parents trailer down there.  It was very hot, but definetly a lot of fun and good time for us to bond.  Also a good time for us to play some golf.  Work is kind of busy right now, as we are very short handed.  However, we may be even more short handed soon before we’ll be able to add some staff.  I don’t really mind having more work to do (as long as it’s not forever), it’s more of the fellowship I miss with people when they leave.  I’m hoping for some exciting things for me at work coming up soon, but I don’t want to get too hopeful only to get let down.  I can’t really say exactly what I’m talking about until after it does happen, so if I do get what I’m hoping for, then I’ll update you on here.

About me

I guess since this is a new blog, I’ll start off by telling a little about myself.  My name is Tommy and I’m currently 23 years old.  I’ve been done with college for about a year…I graduated Clemson University last May.  I work at a bank as a teller and have been doing that since October.  Before that I’ve held a couple of part time jobs, including working for the student ministry at NewSpring and making coffee at Joe Mugg’s.  However, God has called me to do different things now, and I enjoy it…most of the time.  I assume I’ll probably talk more about my past in this blog at times, but that’s just the general about me.  Also, my future blog posts will be more interesting

Welcome Reader, I’m surprised…

Thanks for checking out my blog.  I’m surprised that anyone’s reading this, but who knows…maybe someday tons of people will be checking this site out.  This site is mainly just going to be a way for me to write out what’s on my mind.  I hope you enjoy reading my posts, but more importantly I hope this is something I enjoy writing.  For now though, this is all I’m going to write, but I’ll update soon.
